Tasks

  • Manage, update the employees’ data on internal systems;
  • Follow up employees’ labour contracts/ documents & file them in hard and soft file;
  • Assist to calculate monthly time-sheet and overtime allowance;
  • Manage internal training agreements and performance appraisal;
  • Assist to hold internal events and CSR events;
  • Contact with the government (Labor dept., Social insurance dept., tax dept. to submit monthly reports);
  • Arrange interviews & prepare interview documents as per requests by Talent Acquisition & Development Executive;
  • Assist Talent Acquisition & Development Executive to clean up internal HR systems;
  • Assist to coordinate & organize recruitment activities/events with partners

DURATION

Minimum 4 months, preferably 8 months

Education required: Bachelor Language: Fluent English
